The Mövenpick Group is organised as a holding company with five operating units: Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, Marché International, Mövenpick Restaurants, Mövenpick Wine and Mövenpick Fine Foods. The operating units are embedded in own legal structures and are operationally independent. Mövenpick-Holding directs the operating units primarily through financial and strategic guidelines.

Marché International, Mövenpick Restaurants, Mövenpick Wine and Mövenpick Fine Foods are fully owned by Mövenpick-Holding. Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts is owned by Mövenpick-Holding (66.7 per cent) and holding company Kingdom Holding (33.3 per cent).

Mövenpick-Holding (Corporate Center) provides group-wide services: legal, financial & controlling, information technology, communications, human resources, central procurement and internal auditing.
